Who is The Perfect Butt Course Intended for?

Admissions to Empire Medical Training are open to licensed healthcare professionals, including physicians, dentists, and nurses authorized to perform injection procedures. Prospective participants are encouraged to check with their respective licensing boards to determine eligibility for performing these procedures in their practice. For individuals who are not licensed healthcare professionals, participation is limited to observational learning through demonstrations of how these procedures are performed.

In-Person Training

Get hands-on experience with live patients under expert supervision. Practice proper technique, patient communication, and protocols in a clinical setting alongside board-certified physician instructors.

Most in-person courses are hybrid: you complete the online didactic portion first, then attend in-person for your hands-on practice (when applicable). This means more time for actual technique practice on live patients and a more detailed, one-on-one Q&A session with the physician instructor on the day of your course.

Remote Option

Livestream Training

Our livestream option delivers the same comprehensive education as our in-person program — taught by a live instructor in real time so you can engage and ask questions from the comfort of your home or office. This virtual session runs approximately 2 hours 20 minutes, followed by an additional 1-hour live Q&A with the instructor.

What’s included:

  • Full didactic curriculum and course materials
  • Live interaction with an experienced board-certified instructor
  • Detailed technical videos demonstrating the procedures performed during hands-on training

The only difference: the absence of in-person hands-on practice. When you’re ready to complete your hands-on training, you can attend an in-person session at a later date at a discounted rate since you’ve already completed the virtual portion of the program.

Dr. Chris Croley is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine, with training at Rush and Northwestern Universities in Chicago, where he served as Director of the Surgical ICU and Associate Director of Resident Education. With more than 20 years as a multi-specialty aesthetic and wellness physician, he founded the premier medspa Skin and Tonic® and, as Empire's Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Aesthetics, has trained thousands of physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, and dentists. A Galderma GAIN trainer and national key opinion leader, he developed this course to Empire's clinical and accreditation standards.

A board-certified physician expert will teach this course, with other licensed healthcare professionals assisting where needed.

Certainly! For those outside the United States, injections on anatomical models are an option; however, you will not be allowed to inject on a live patient.

Each state has its own regulations concerning live patient injections. Kindly consult your licensing board to determine if you’re permitted to administer injections.
