Hands-On Live Patient Training, Practice-Training Protocols and Requirements

Lecture and Didactic Material: Prior to the live-patient, hands-on practice training, practitioners may now complete all the necessary didactic training without being physically present in a classroom setting. Although initially created in response to the Covid Crisis to help ensure safety, the process is highly efficient and will facilitate your training and certification. You may now focus your “in-person” time on Hands On training and complete more training in less time, i.e., Botox and fillers on Saturday. Each live workshop will begin with a comprehensive review of all lecture material provided along with an additional Q and A session.

Two Easy Parts for Certification

Practitioners need to complete both didactic and hands-on training for certification.

Part 1) Three Didatic Training Options

1) Livestream Training

At Empire, we offer convenient live online courses that you can access from any device in the comfort of your own home. Our experienced Physician faculty members lead each course and answer questions with priority. Look through our calendar for an event date and time that works best for you to join these interactive workshops!

2) Video On-Demand

Video On-Demand With Empire’s cutting-edge educational platform, you can access the lecture portion of the training whenever it suits you best. Every lesson is delivered in high definition, professionally recorded and edited for your convenience—perfect for those who are unable to attend a live in-person workshop.

3) Live Workshops

Live Workshops At Empire, attendees will be able to experience an unparalleled method of learning that includes live demonstrations from some of the best physician instructors. The courses offer comprehensive hands-on training and students will have access to pre-conference materials, a plethora of time with the instructor for any questions they may have and engaging opportunities in hands-on practice.

Part 2) Four Hands-On Training Options

1) Live Workshops

Offered throughout the US, every weekend, are intensive, live patient practice hands-on trainings, led by outstanding Physician-only instructors, a distinguishing feature of our training. These workshops will be held in small group settings for safety, and for more personalized instruction.

2) Centers of Excellence

State-of-the-art training at Empire-sponsored centers throughout the US for personalized, small group training with Top Physician Experts. Empire has partnered with top physician instructors, who through our coordination, have developed training centers in more than 40 different states in the US. Plans for expanding centers is one of Empire’s top-priorities as increasingly students seeking Hands-on Training prefer to travel less and appreciate the ability to stay close to home.

3) In-Person, Live Preceptorship

Empire has pioneered this kind of training, and, began offering preceptorships over 23 years ago. We offer two types of preceptorships, the “Shadow” and the “In-Office” preceptorship. Both are very customized programs working one on one with a renowned Physician specialist, either in your office or the Physician instructor’s facility.

4) Virtual Preceptorship

A customized program where practitioners can learn procedures from expert Physician specialists through Empire’s virtual training platform. It’s a great way to learn, however, this training does not replace Live Hands-on training. Many already learned and practiced techniques can be enhanced in this manner, and questions can be better demonstrated working with live patients and actually performing the technique while an expert physician oversees your technique.
