Are your patients asking for the PRP facial?

Are your patients asking for the PRP facial? Is the PRP Facial in Your Menu of Services? Is The PRP ‘Fountain of Youth’ Facial Right for your patients? What is the PRP Facial? Do you want to expand your Aesthetics services to include PRP? Legend holds that Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de León made the discovery of the “Fountain of Youth,” a magical water source supposedly capable of reversing the aging process. While this has never been proven, what has been proven is that now through the possibilities of Aesthetic medicine your patients can experience the benefits and the promise of the fountain of youth with the PRP Facial! What is the PRP Facial? This in demand treatment uses your patient’s blood, the platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and it is administered topically to promote healthy activity of skin cells to improve the quality of the skin. How does it work? The PRP Facial is a combination of microneedling, followed by a treatment of the patient’s own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) applied topically, or injected into the skin in the same manner as dermal fillers to enhance penetration in in the skin. The PRP is derived from the serum portion of the blood, which contains platelets. These platelets act as energy boosters for our skin! How can PRP help patients look younger? Because platelets contain high levels of growth factors, when applied to the skin after the microneedling treatment, the platelets will stimulate cell turnover, leading to younger, healthier looking skin. Patients may require several treatments to achieve optimal results, spaced about a month a part. Where can I find training? At Empire Medical Training, we are proud to work with celebrity physician faculty trainers for our Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Training courses held around the country.
