About Yurik
Yurik Lozano is the Director of Marketing for Empire Medical Training — the #1 continuing medical education organization in the country — and a national marketing instructor who teaches healthcare practitioners how to actually market and grow their practices. As much a creative executive as a strategist, he is known for making the work, not just the plan: shooting the photography, writing the copy, running the campaign, building the AI systems behind it, and reporting the ROI.
Beyond Empire, Yurik leads marketing for the American Academy of Procedural Medicine (AAOPM), Siudy Flamenco, and Griffin Quartz, and builds bespoke platforms for independent brand partners. Through MRY (Publicis Groupe) he collaborated with Spotify, Coca-Cola, Ubisoft, and Adobe. His earlier career spans multimedia management at the award-winning Two River Theater, regional-theater marketing at WaterTower Theatre, and photojournalism for the Amarillo Globe-News.
A Cuban-American immigrant and four-time ADDY® Award winner (Gold plus three Silver), Yurik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications (Advertising & Public Relations) and an MBA from West Texas A&M University. As a national instructor for healthcare practitioners, he equips physicians with the strategy and systems to build successful practices — patient acquisition, reputation management, digital and AI-driven marketing, and the operational side of running a modern practice.
