About Dr. Moyne

Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Moyne Monts was a Registered Nurse. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Lynchburg College in Virginia and attended Baylor College of Medicine for her medical degree and her residency training in Clinical Pathology. She completed sub-specialty fellowship training in Blood Banking and Transfusion Medicine from Florida Blood Services. After working as a clinical pathologist and transfusion specialist for over 20 years, she decided to change her focus to procedural medicine and started practicing medical aesthetics. She is board certified to perform aesthetic procedures by the American Academy of Procedural Medicine.

She is the owner and Medical Director of Optimal Aesthetics / Face Today Aesthetics, PLLC, located in Longview, Texas where she offers a variety of aesthetic procedures, hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss programs. She is an instructor for Empire Medical Training, and her clinic is deemed an Empire Medical Training Center of Excellence. Dr. Monts and her husband have five handsome sons, five daughters-in-law, and seven precious grandbabies. They enjoy playing guitars and singing, making wine, metal-and wood-working, laughing and spending time with their family and friends.
