Dr. Serra was initially trained in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Women’s Health prior to a career in Emergency Medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital. John moved into a career refocused on Aesthetic medicine in 2013 after relocating to sunny San Diego California. His passion and mindset focuses on maintenance and restoration of health and beauty. PRP, CIT, neuromodulation and weight-based therapies keep him curious while not practicing urgent care or concierge medicine.
