About Dr. Hernández
Dr. Francisco Hernández Gómez Crespo is an aesthetic and regenerative medicine physician practising in Mexico, where he founded the Élevé clinic. His clinical work centres on advanced facial harmonization, rhinomodeling and non-surgical facial lifting, and he has developed his own protocols in facial harmonization and biorevitalization.
His research sits squarely in regenerative territory: biostimulation and biomimetic peptides for evidence-based skin regeneration, alongside hyaluronic acid and growth-factor approaches. He completed cadaver anatomy and ultrasound training for filler materials at the Faculty of Medicine, Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, and speaks regularly at national and international aesthetic medicine congresses.

What Dr. Hernández teaches at Empire
