Your precision injection technique, familiarity with PRP applications, and established patient relationships create a strong foundation for integrating sexual wellness services into a diversified practice model.
Master P-Shot and O-Shot PRP techniques with hands-on practice. Your daily injection precision and comfort with blood draw procedures provide an excellent foundation for these regenerative treatments.
Add a high-margin, cash-pay service line that operates independently of dental insurance. Sexual wellness services attract new patient demographics and generate recurring revenue that stabilizes practice economics.
Learn consultation frameworks for sensitive sexual health conversations. Your experience building patient trust in intimate clinical settings transfers to this specialty where empathy and discretion are paramount.
PRP sexual wellness treatments generate $1,500–$3,000+ per procedure with high profit margins. A modest patient volume creates significant additional revenue that complements and stabilizes dental practice income.

Master essential techniques and protocols through our comprehensive, CME-accredited curriculum designed for dentists (dds/dmd).
Designed for Dentists
Dentists are uniquely positioned to enter the aesthetics market due to their unparalleled knowledge of facial anatomy, expertise in injection techniques, and established patient relationships focused on facial appearance. Adding aesthetic services to a dental practice creates significant new revenue streams, differentiates the practice from competitors, and meets growing patient demand for comprehensive facial enhancement services from a single trusted provider.
Dentists possess exceptional expertise in facial anatomy, injection technique, and patient management — skills that translate directly to aesthetic medicine and pain management procedures. In most states, dentists are authorized to perform injectable aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers within the head and neck region. Many states have expanded dental scope to include broader aesthetic and pain management procedures. Empire's training helps dentists leverage their existing anatomical expertise to add high-revenue services to their practices.
Dentists receive CME/CE accredited certification upon completion. Credits are recognized by state dental boards for continuing education and license renewal requirements.

The course separates instruction for men and women. For men, it covers the full spectrum of erectile dysfunction evaluation and treatment including PDE5 inhibitors, Trimix (papaverine, phentolamine, alprostadil) intracavernous injections, alprostadil intraurethral administration, vacuum pump therapy, venous leakage treatment, surgical implants, PRP intracavernous injections, and hormone replacement therapy. For women, it covers diagnostic evaluation, hormonal assessment, and integrative treatment protocols.
The program is designed for licensed healthcare professionals including physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses who want to gain knowledge and confidence offering sexual dysfunction treatment to male and female patients. The comprehensive instruction covers diagnostic approach, evaluation, and all effective treatment modalities currently available.
The HRT and Sexual Dysfunction training programs are offered through combined training. The program is intensive, providing protocols relating to hormone treatments in all areas of patient management related to HRT and sexual dysfunction, giving you a comprehensive foundation in both specialties.
Sexual dysfunction treatment is an extremely lucrative and fast-growing segment with annual revenue growth of 7.8% since 2007 and projected growth of 9.2% per year. Erectile dysfunction alone affects more than 30 million American men, and approximately 43% of women suffer from sexual dysfunction. The course teaches effective business models and marketing strategies to help you create a thriving cash-basis practice.
The course covers all major ED classifications: neurogenic, vasculogenic (including endothelial dysfunction which accounts for up to 95% of cases, discrete lesions, venous leakage, and failure of venule constriction), psychogenic, mixed psychogenic and organic, iatrogenic (medication-related), and surgical trauma-related ED. Each classification receives dedicated instruction on evaluation and appropriate treatment selection.
The course includes hands-on skill development with practice on anatomical models, supervised technique training, and comprehensive clinical instruction. Participants receive Empire Medical Training certification, full-color training manual, tutorial videos with physician trainers, all medicines and supplies, and ongoing support through Empire Live Mentor™ bi-weekly Zoom sessions.
Dental scope for sexual wellness procedures varies by state and depends on the specific services offered. Some dentists offer these services through separate clinical entities or collaborative arrangements with medical providers. The course covers the regulatory landscape and practice models available; we recommend consulting your state dental board and legal counsel to determine the appropriate structure for your practice. Your injection skills and clinical training provide the foundation — the legal structure determines how you deploy them.
Dentists perform precise injections daily, understand tissue response to therapy, and are experienced with PRP applications in oral surgery. These skills transfer directly to P-Shot and O-Shot procedures. Your clinical precision, patient comfort management skills, and familiarity with regenerative biologic concepts provide a significant advantage in learning and delivering these treatments with confidence.
P-Shot and O-Shot treatments typically command $1,500–$3,000+ per procedure with minimal supply costs. Even a modest volume of 5–10 procedures monthly generates $7,500–$30,000+ in additional monthly revenue. Many patients return for repeat treatments every 12–18 months, creating recurring revenue. This cash-pay service operates completely outside dental insurance constraints, providing financial flexibility and margin strength.
In most states, dentists are authorized to administer botulinum toxin and dermal filler injections within the head, neck, and associated structures. Some states define this scope broadly to include cosmetic applications, while others limit dental injectable use to therapeutic and functional purposes. Empire recommends confirming your state dental board's specific guidelines. Our training provides the clinical certification recognized by dental boards nationwide.
Dentists have superior knowledge of facial anatomy, nerve pathways, and injection techniques compared to most other healthcare professionals entering aesthetics. Your daily experience with local anesthesia, precise needle placement, and patient management in the facial region gives you a significant head start. Empire's course builds on these existing competencies to add aesthetic-specific protocols, product knowledge, and treatment planning skills.
Dental practices that add aesthetic injectable services typically generate $100K-$300K+ in additional annual revenue, often from their existing patient base. Botox and filler treatments have high profit margins, create recurring revenue through maintenance appointments, and attract new patients who become dental patients as well. The crossover appeal is significant — patients who trust you with their smile naturally trust you with their facial aesthetics.
