Legal Disclaimer
Please read this page before enrolling in any Empire Medical Training peptide course or certification. It explains what this program is, what it is not, and the limits of what Empire and its faculty represent. It works together with the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Statement, which govern every purchase and every use of this website.

1. Empire is an education provider
Empire Medical Training is a continuing medical education provider. Empire does not manufacture, sell, supply, dispense, distribute or prescribe peptides or any other drug product, and does not own or operate a compounding pharmacy. Nothing on this website, in any course or in the Peptide Formulary is an offer to sell or supply any pharmaceutical agent.
2. Education, not medical advice
All content is intended for licensed healthcare professionals as continuing professional education. It is not medical advice, does not establish a physician-patient relationship, and is not a substitute for independent clinical judgment. Every decision about whether, when and how to treat a patient, and with what, remains the sole responsibility of the treating clinician, acting within their license, training and the law of their jurisdiction.
3. Regulatory status and off-label use
Many of the agents studied in this program are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the uses described. Some are available only as compounded preparations under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; some are the subject of pending regulatory determinations; and some are not lawfully available for human use in certain jurisdictions. Where an FDA-approved product is discussed, the uses covered may be off-label. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products.
Regulatory status changes over time. Any status stated in a lesson, on a page or in a formulary entry is current only as of its publication date and is provided for educational context. It is the clinician’s responsibility to confirm the current federal and state status of any agent, and the rules of their own licensing board, before prescribing, compounding, administering or recommending it.
4. No endorsement or promotion of any agent
Peptides and other agents are named in this curriculum and in the Peptide Formulary solely as subjects of professional study. Naming an agent is not a recommendation, endorsement or promotion of that agent, of any brand, manufacturer, supplier or compounding pharmacy, or of any particular use, dose or protocol.
5. Faculty statements are their own
Opinions, protocols, dosing frameworks, sourcing practices and clinical experiences presented by faculty, guest lecturers, podcast guests and sponsors are the professional views of the individual speaker. They are not statements of Empire Medical Training, may not reflect current evidence, and may not reflect the standard of care in your jurisdiction. Empire does not review every statement for accuracy, does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any statement made by a speaker, and is not responsible for errors or omissions in faculty or sponsor content. Clinicians must apply their own professional judgment to everything taught and are solely responsible for how they use it.
6. Content, program and pricing are subject to change
Peptide science and its regulation move quickly. Curriculum, lesson content, formulary entries, faculty, schedules, dates, cities, delivery formats, pricing, bonuses and continuing-education designations described on this website may be revised, added to or withdrawn at any time as evidence, regulation and program requirements evolve. Empire updates the program on an ongoing basis and does not guarantee that any page reflects the most recent change. Where a lesson and this website differ, the most recently published lesson controls; where either differs from current law, the law controls.
7. Continuing medical education credit
Where AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ are stated, they are designated by the accredited provider named on the relevant course page. Credit amounts are stated per course or program as described and are subject to the accreditor’s requirements, including attendance and evaluation requirements. Credit designations for professions other than physicians are stated only where a designation exists; where a page says a designation is being finalized, no credit is offered until it is confirmed.
8. About the credential
Certifications awarded by Empire Medical Training certify completion of an Empire educational program and the assessments it requires. They are not a medical license, are not a specialty board certification, are not recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association, and confer no practice privileges, prescribing authority or scope of practice. Whether a certified practitioner may perform any procedure or prescribe any agent is determined solely by their license and the law of their jurisdiction.
9. No guarantee of results
Empire makes no representation or warranty that completing any course or certification will produce any clinical outcome, patient result, practice-growth result, revenue or income. Case studies, examples and success stories are illustrative of individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empire Medical Training, its owners, officers, employees, faculty, contractors, sponsors and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, injury or damage, including patient injury, regulatory action, professional discipline or business loss, arising from the use of, or reliance on, any content in this program or on this website, or from any act or omission of a faculty member or speaker. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a program is set out in the refund provisions of the Terms & Conditions.
11. Third parties, sponsors and links
Sponsors, vendors, partner pharmacies, law firms and other third parties mentioned on this website or in a course are independent of Empire. Their products, services, statements and websites are their own responsibility; Empire does not endorse them and is not responsible for them. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only.
12. Governing terms and contact
Your use of this website and your enrollment in any program are governed by the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Statement of Empire Medical Training, which are incorporated here by reference. If any part of this disclaimer conflicts with those documents, the Terms & Conditions control. Questions about this disclaimer may be sent to [email protected].
