Two peptide certification paths.
One physician-built standard.
How to get certified in peptide therapy with Empire Medical Training: choose the level that matches your goals — a one-month essentials certificate or the three-month master practitioner credential with an in-person workshop, a documented case series and a written exam.
Every path is built on the same curriculum — the difference is depth
The curriculum is one body of work — 10 clinical modules, 46 lessons and a 128-agent Peptide Formulary. Level I covers the foundations core and peptides for aesthetics. Level II covers all 10 modules and the full formulary, taught livestream, and adds the in-person workshop, the documented case series and the exam.
1-Month Certification
Peptide Therapy Essentials Certificate (PTE) DeliverySelf-paced video on demand. Finish sooner if you want to.
What’s included- Module 1 — Foundations & Peptide Science, all four lessons: signaling biology, pharmacokinetics and routes, reconstitution and dosing math, evidence literacy
- Module 2 — Regulatory, Sourcing & Compounding Quality, all four lessons: the 503A framework and bulks list, sterile manufacturing, pharmacy vetting, advertising and telehealth compliance
- Four lessons from Module 10 — patient selection, baseline labs and monitoring, adverse events and deprescribing, documentation and consent
- 17 of the program’s 46 lessons, plus Peptide Formulary access for the foundations, regulatory and aesthetic agents
Licensed clinicians new to peptide therapy, or practitioners who want a structured, credentialed foundation.

3-Month Certification
Master Peptide Practitioner Certification (MPP) DeliveryLivestream, plus one 2-day in-person workshop.
What’s included- The full curriculum — all 10 modules, 46 of 46 lessons, and full Peptide Formulary access
- 10–15 documented, de-identified cases with follow-up — real patients you selected, treated and tracked, reviewed by faculty
- 2-day in-person workshop — build stacks and protocols alongside faculty, working through a printed protocol guide you keep
- A printed protocol guide you keep — stack building, sequencing, dosing schedules and monitoring plans
- Written case-based exam, graded by faculty
Clinicians building a peptide-focused practice who want the most rigorous credential in the program. Three months is the pace, not a deadline: learn a block, spend weeks applying it on your own patients, then document those cases for faculty review. The credential is not granted until the work holds up.

Certification requirements at each level
These credentials are earned through completion and assessment — not granted for attendance. Here is what it takes to become a certified peptide practitioner at each level.
Level I — Essentials Certificate
- Complete the 17 lessons — Modules 1, 2 and 9 in full, plus the four clinical-practice lessons
Level II — Master Certification
- Complete all 10 clinical modules — 46 of 46 lessons, taught livestream
- Attend the 2-day in-person workshop
- Submit 10–15 documented, de-identified cases with follow-up for faculty review
- Pass the written case-based exam
Detailed completion requirements for each level are published when founding-cohort enrollment opens. The program is open to licensed healthcare professionals: physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, dentists, pharmacists, and other licensed clinicians.
What does peptide therapy certification cost?
Tuition is set per certification path, so you pay for the depth you need. Early bird enrollment rates below are held for priority list members and apply to the first cohort only.
For context: national peptide certifications from other academies commonly run $4,500 or more across two on-demand lessons, plus a required academy membership. Empire’s entire didactic curriculum — 10 clinical modules and the full formulary — costs less than one of those lessons, and no membership is required to enroll or certify.
- Early bird enrollment rate reserved for priority list members
- First access when enrollment opens Fall 2026
- No academy membership required to enroll or certify
- Joining the list is free, with no commitment

Annual Recertification

Tuition covers the certification curriculum and assessment — travel and lodging for the in-person workshop are not included.
