Certification Paths

Two peptide certification paths.
One physician-built standard.

How to get certified in peptide therapy with Empire Medical Training: choose the level that matches your goals — a one-month essentials certificate or the three-month master practitioner credential with an in-person workshop, a documented case series and a written exam.

Choose Your Level

Every path is built on the same curriculum — the difference is depth

The curriculum is one body of work — 10 clinical modules, 46 lessons and a 128-agent Peptide Formulary. Level I covers the foundations core and peptides for aesthetics. Level II covers all 10 modules and the full formulary, taught livestream, and adds the in-person workshop, the documented case series and the exam.

Level I Level I — 1-Month Certification, Peptide Therapy Essentials Certificate (PTE)

Earning the Credential

Certification requirements at each level

These credentials are earned through completion and assessment — not granted for attendance. Here is what it takes to become a certified peptide practitioner at each level.

Level I — Essentials Certificate

  • Complete the 17 lessons — Modules 1, 2 and 9 in full, plus the four clinical-practice lessons

Level II — Master Certification

  • Complete all 10 clinical modules — 46 of 46 lessons, taught livestream
  • Attend the 2-day in-person workshop
  • Submit 10–15 documented, de-identified cases with follow-up for faculty review
  • Pass the written case-based exam

Detailed completion requirements for each level are published when founding-cohort enrollment opens. The program is open to licensed healthcare professionals: physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, dentists, pharmacists, and other licensed clinicians.

The Investment

What does peptide therapy certification cost?

Tuition is set per certification path, so you pay for the depth you need. Early bird enrollment rates below are held for priority list members and apply to the first cohort only.

For context: national peptide certifications from other academies commonly run $4,500 or more across two on-demand lessons, plus a required academy membership. Empire’s entire didactic curriculum — 10 clinical modules and the full formulary — costs less than one of those lessons, and no membership is required to enroll or certify.

  • Early bird enrollment rate reserved for priority list members
  • First access when enrollment opens Fall 2026
  • No academy membership required to enroll or certify
  • Joining the list is free, with no commitment

  • Keep prescribing with confidence while the 503A list keeps moving
  • Add new agents as soon as the evidence and the regulation support them
  • Put your own cases to a physician, live, every month
Yearly · optional Gold infinity symbol

Annual Recertification

$499per year

  • A brand-new training video each year, with new modules and new tests
  • Start each year knowing exactly what changed and what to do about it
  • Retire protocols the evidence has moved past
  • Hold a credential that reads current, not certified-in-2026

A new enrollment period opens every 3 months, so the next cohort is always a quarter away rather than a year. Early bird enrollment rates apply to the first cohort and are held for priority list members; regular tuition applies afterward. Tuition covers the certification curriculum and assessment — travel and lodging for the in-person workshop are not included. Empire will confirm final enrollment terms, payment options and CME determinations when enrollment opens in Fall 2026.
