Are there discounts for bringing more than one person?
Yes. Add a 2nd ticket and save 15% per seat. Reserve 3 or more seats and save 20% per seat. The discount applies to both Member and Non-Member tickets and stacks on top of every other benefit. Email [email protected] with your headcount and we’ll send a group invoice.
I just joined Empire — am I eligible for the Member seat?
Yes. Any active Empire Member as of the event date qualifies for the $499 Member seat and The Peptide Symposium. Join membership through empiremedicaltraining.com/memberships any time before you RSVP.
Can I attend the event without joining The Peptide Symposium?
Of course. The Peptide Symposium is a Member benefit — included if you want it, but never required. Many Members claim it for staff, gift it forward, or use the virtual format on their own schedule.
When is the included Peptide Symposium held?
The in-person Symposium is held Friday, December 4, 2026 — the day after the event — so you can claim it on the same trip. Prefer to attend remotely? The virtual format is on-demand and can be completed anytime within twelve months. You'll receive an enrollment code with your event confirmation.
Can I bring a guest at Member pricing?
Member pricing covers the Member themselves. Guests are welcome — non-Member guests are ticketed at $299 and share the room with you for the full evening. The included Peptide Course is per Member, not per guest.
Are these prices tax-deductible?
Both the event seat and The Peptide Symposium typically qualify as deductible continuing-professional-education and business-networking expenses for practice owners. Confirm specifics with your tax advisor — Empire provides itemized invoices on request.
What's the refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, your seat can be transferred to another attendee at no charge. After event day, no refunds; the Peptide Course access remains valid for twelve months regardless.
