PAWA Minimum Requirements
- Practice Ownership
- Specialty in General Practice, Internal Medicine, Ob Gyn, Family Practice, General Surgery,
- Practice must generate profit
- 3 year tax return statement greater than $150,000 annually
- Minimum 1000 active charts
- Adhere to implementation guidelines (accounting, trademark name)
- Help train other physicians who are part of PAWA
- Become Faculty Member on Empire Medical Training
- Complete Training program to Teach physicians
