The program is NOT for the casual business owner. The program is intensive and you WILL learn specific ways to generate more revenue to your practice. The focus is on marketing for Plastic Surgeons, however, these marketing techniques can really be used for just about any medical practice or business

The objective of the program is to help you develop a custom marketing plan that will work for your practice and demographics. There will be ample time to work one on one with our instructors to develop this marketing plan for your practice.

This is a 1-day training workshop, consisting entirely of lectures with question and answer sessions throughout the day. You will be provided with breakfast, a catered lunch as well as snacks and breaks throughout the day.  You will receive a complete course manual with every topic and strategy presented for you to review, along with a CD and training DVD video.

Your instructors are Dr. Cosentino, President of Empire Medical Training and Alex Williams, Director of Marketing, along with our entire marketing specialist staff. There will also be dedicated strategists to work with you individually on building an effective marketing strategy for your practice

  6. Social Buying such as with Groupon, Couptessa. Learn how to sell 200 procedures in 1-day! Dr. Cosentino will discuss how this marketing typically generates over $20,000 in revenue in 1 day.
  7. Learn how to up sell patients once they are in your office. You should be up selling at least 70% of patients.

Non Internet Advertising

  1. altDirect Mail - How to target the correct demographics. Learn which type of mail piece will generate consistent results. Learn the correct timing to send out a mail piece, learn how to offer promotions correctly.
