pain management trainingPrimary Care Physicians often refer patients for dermatological procedures, which they can perform themselves in the office setting. Patients expect their physician to care for many of the skin problems they present with. New techniques allow faster evaluation and treatment with less scarring.

Primary Care Physicians are increasingly becoming interested in learning to perform many of the Dermatology procedures, due to the high demand from their patients and the additional revenue these procedures can create. In addition to the quantity of patients requesting this service, Dermatological procedures can create a significant financial impact on a medical practice.
