Benefits

1. Designed as a cost saving feature for larger practices with multiple physicians and staff members, or for the individual who cannot attend all the workshops.
2. This "Flexible" Office Membership allows your staff, add/or additional physicians to attend all the workshops during the (2) year term at 1-fixed low price.
3. No need to purchase separate memberships ($3,999) or individual training seminars ($1,245) for your staff.
4. Everyone will receive the same training as the primary member including all didactic, manuals, supplemental materials and hands-on training (if permitted by law).
5. Membership allows for your practice to complete the full training faster and allows for other physicians to be trained in these procedures. Reduce the time of training needed to complete the core curriculum by up to 75%.
6. Office staff can attend other programs that the physician may not want or be able to attend.
7. Your staff will be proficient in these procedures without the need of cross-training other support personnel. Membership is invaluable to your other front office personnel who will be required to interact with prospective patients.

Guide Lines

1. Office membership must be purchased along with Platinum Membership. This is an "add on" membership which cannot be purchased separately.
2. Office membership is limited to (3) enrollee per practice.
3. Names of physicians/staff who are part of the practice and membership must be given at time of enrollment.
4. Membership is not transferable and commences upon first workshop attended.
5. All other terms/conditions associated with our workshops/ platinum membership applies.

* The Office membership is an "add on" to our Platinum Membership. If you or someone in your office is already a Platinum Member you can upgrade to the Office Membership, if you are not a member you will have to also buy the Platinum Membership to upgrade to the Office Membership.

* The Office membership does not include Pain Management and Liposuction.
