First Annual Christmas Charity Fund

To all our clients and colleagues, thank you all for support in helping us achieve a productive and prosperous year. It is our mission to help those around us who are less fortunate and so we are beginning an Annual Fundraiser to help children in poor countries. We know there are children all around the world who can use our support, and sometimes this creates confusion on how to begin providing support. Sometimes, this confusion becomes an obstacle causing us to put aside our good intentions.

After a recent visit to Peru to visit my wife's family, i was introduced to many loving, yet impoverished children in need, so WHY NOT START HERE... Although this is a small Charitable Fund, it will have an impact on many small children, now!! We will continue each year with our Christmas Charity Fund, until we reach a point where we can help a much larger audience.

OUR FIRST CHARITY

Quite honestly, this is our first organized charity so please bear with us as we develop a program which we are committed to upholding for years to come. During the month of December, Empire Medical Training will contribute a portion of Revenue we receive from Seminar Sales to the Annual Christmas Charity Fund.

We ask you to join us in our charity by contributing as well.

The Charity

100% of the the Christmas Charity Funds will be used to provide poor children in Peru with food, toys, and holiday spirit. Our contacts in Peru, specifically Lorena's Dad, and several of our web Programmers employed by our sister company, Rx Medical Web will oversee and implement the charitable funds.

How do I Begin:

• 1. Complete the form on the bottom of this page with your name, credit card information and the amount of your gift.
• 2. You will be emailed a receipt confirming your Charitable Donation.
• 3. 100% of your donation (minus the credit card fees that are automatically charged, approx 2%), will be forwarded to our Peruvian contacts.
